My Order hasn’t arrived, Why?

Typically Orders are shipped out the Next Working Day but due to Higher Shipment Demands, Delivery from Post Office may take a little longer.

Make sure you’ve given enough time for your orders to arrive. Contact your local Post Office/Delivery Centre  

Our orders are all sent out with a tracking number and typically with a request to sign upon delivery. You should naturally received updates via email or sms if you’ve left your contact details at checkout.

All our products are well packaged to maintain quality and great condition upon delivery. However, we are not responsible for any LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN packages. Again, best to contact your local post office/delivery centre/courier service for compensation - Evidence Required.
