Exchange/Refund

Our products are non-refundable and can not be exchanged once received due to hygienic purposes for personal care goods (such as beauty products) therefore we do not offer a return slip. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation

it is up to the customer to request for a cancellation before the package has been shipped. Once dispatched it is out of our hands.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged in transit a claim will have to be made to the courier service.
